In Order to Join the Team, You Must Have:

- Desire to be Successful & Self-Motivated

- Strong Work Ethic, Team Minded, Self-Driven & Outside the Box Thinker.

- High Integrity, Passionate about real estate & Strong Character.

- Be comfortable being uncomfortable.

- Agents on this team sell 2-4 houses a month/ avg. agent sells 8 million yearly.

- Newly licensed agents sell a minimum of 18 – 24 homes in their first year.

- Highest quality Leads provided to agents that actually convert.

- All marketing and fees being a realtor are covered.

- Support +Training (that works) + Weekly Team Meetings + Tools & Systems.

Not a salaried position. Your income is entirely commission based which has no limit on the amount of money you can make. A state accredited real estate license is required before you can join our team.
